We hold our summer Rendezvous starting Wednesday of the first full week of June. This rendezvous is located at the actual site of Camp Henry, which is where Andrew Henry and his trapping party spent the winter of 1810 (see map to Camp Henry tab at left). One of the rocks with names of the party chiseled into it is still at the site. This rendezvous is open to the public. There is a primitive camp as well as a tin tepee camp with a variety of traders and competitions. There is an outstanding woods walk shoot, hawk and knife course, blanket shoot, primitive archery, and several other competitions. We hope to create more competitions for the young-uns. For more information see our flyer or email us at buckskinners@live.com . This year we are continuing with the Idaho State Championship hawk and knife competition. See our annual flyer for details.
